  • With the time zone change, Hannah will be offering private coaching in the ‘mornings’ for most U.S. residents. That looks like 4am-12pm PST, or 7am-3pm EST.

  • Our comprehensive coaching plans are like having Hannah in your pocket. Now instead of only having access to her advice and guidance during your sessions, you’ll have 24/7 access to a custom training plan and on-demand library of workouts. That means enjoying the benefits of customized advice from your coach every day, feeling more confident when you workout on your own, and getting better results, faster.

  • Yes! If you want to continue doing one-on-one-coaching without the bells and whistles, we can continue your current plan with Hannah at the 2024 rates, or you can work with one of our other talented instructors, Lynann and Ian.

  • We know how important it is to train with the right coach, so we want to make sure you feel great about whoever you work with! Ian and Lynann’s caliber of training is the same as Hannah’s (Ian was even trained by the same person!), and combined they have over 20 years of experience.

    If you’d like to have a trial session with Ian or Lynann, just email hello@hannahraetraining.com and we’ll get you set up.

  • If you’ve already got a training plan and on-demand library access with us, your services will stay the same in 2024! They’ll just be billed at the 2024 rate as a comprehensive package, rather than being billed separately as we’ve done in the past.

  • Of course! You can try the 2024 coaching package, which includes a complimentary Custom Movement Assessment + FeelFit Training Plan. If it’s not working for you after the first month you can cancel risk free and we’ll reassess to find an alternative plan that works for you.

  • Absolutely. Email hello@hannahraetraining.com to start a conversation about adjusting your training schedule in 2024.

  • We have options for you! You can work with one of our other trainers for a similar cost to what you’re paying now. And since we know you may need more scheduling flexibility, we’ll continue to have at least one trainer stateside. Let us know more about your needs with an email to hello@hannahraetraining.com, and the team will work hard to find the right fit for you.

  • Yes! We just ask that you schedule and use your banked sessions before January 1, 2024 if you won’t be continuing on a plan with us. Banking future unused sessions and scheduling flexibility will continue to be our practice for all clients who continue with us in 2024, whether it’s through a comprehensive program with Hannah or a session only program with Ian and Lynann.
